Introduction to Villa Pallini

Villa Pallini is set in the green metal-rich hills, in a geothermal region known since ancient times. Following a paved road (2.5 km), we arrive at the closest village, Castelnuovo Val di Cecina, characterized by a charming medieval hamlet in the form of a "grape cluster", known for its hot springs. In fact, the endogenous steam runs through the subsoil, occasionally escaping in the form of cold sulfurous pools.

Nearby towns

  • Castelnuovo Val di Cecina
  • Nearby Larderello
  • Following state road 68, it is approximately 40 km from the hill of Volterra, a famous Etruscan city
  • Following 40 km, we reach Follonica, a well-known city on the Tirrenic coast
  • In approximately one hour by car we reach the art cities: Pisa, Florence, Siena.

The villa is completely isolated from the residential areas, sheltered from the hubbub of fast-paced city life. On arrival, we admire the beauty of the Tuscan countryside alternating with the pristine nature dominating the entire valley. Formerly, the residence, along with two other rustic homes and a little church (now no longer consecrated), was part of a little village, home of the three Pallini brothers.

The construction of the villa dates back to 1800. The residence, although completely renovated, has kept its vaulted construction, and even the "fittings", entirely restored, are in style. Coming from outside, we find ourselves facing the "majestic fireplace" that dominates the kitchen.
